Thank you all so very much for being concerned and helping. I couldn't have asked for more. It is appreciated far more than any of you realize, I assure.
My great aunt died yesterday. I had a dream last night concerning an Egg Hunt. What I remember most about Aunt Emma was going to her house as a little kid on Easter morning with the rest of the extended family and searching for candy and money hidden throughout the massive place. That's one of the many memories I'll treasure.
A few days ago, I got a card for graduation from her. By the time that I got it, it was too late to call and say thank you.
That's really the only regret that I have. No, I'm not glad that she's gone, but glad that she no longer has to worry about things. She's alright now. I don't think she'd want me to be sad about it. She was always so pleasant. :3
So I'm not going to let it get me down. ^^ Treasure the memories and look forward to tomorrow.
The last two days, I've been peeling wall-paper for my new brother's room. (He's twelve.) I get to paint a giant mural of a dragon when we get it fixed up right. >3 Looking forward to that.
I saw fireworks this evening for Independence Day. I've never taken it as seriously as I did this year. I did a lot of thinking of the sacrifices others have made for this country to live the comfortable life we are now. I'm very grateful for that. It's the first thing we've really done as a family, too. It's a nice feeling. I'm still getting used to the idea, though calling Nathan "my little brother" is starting to come naturally.
Wow, I didn't mean for this one to be a wall of text. I'm sorry. XD I just tend to go off on a tangent sometimes. Anyway, all I wanted to say is that there's nothing to worry about anymore. :3 Thank you all so very much! This is not something that I shall forget.

We'll talk later, okay? It's been really stupid lately.

Aww, you and I would've been talking all day had it not been for the sudden trip. D=

The trick is in what one emphasizes. We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves happy. The amount of work is the same.
